You will meet in our Design Studio, with one of our certified professionals to select your home’s custom finishes. Depending on your specific needs we can also schedule consultations for Appliance and Audio/Visual upgrades, or other requirements like custom Pool and Patio Design.

Plan Review Meeting

This brief yet comprehensive meeting is held prior to submitting for permits to review the plans and make sure all changes have been incorporated into your plans.

Pre-Dry Wall Meeting

Prior to installation of the insulation and drywall we will meet to review the home progress and double-check all of your selections.

Home Orientation

This is a thorough walk-through of the home before closing to understand the operations and features included in your home.
